Now, this is the most important for you that you can save your fine charge.
So how can you save your fine.?
If you get fine by the traffic police for not having essential documents with you. In such a situation you don't have to hassle. However if you claim that you have forgotten the documents, he will merely fine you Rs 100 and you have 15 days to approach the proper authorities with your documents and pay Rs 100 instead of full amount explained by the police officer "Sunil sandu". Hence this is the way that you save your heavy fine, But it is not applied for drink driving and driving without a helmet.
Now is it mandatory for the government to impose such a heavy penalty on traffic?
Most of us will say 'YES' in favour of this.
See what youth has to say on the new traffic updates.

" There should be mild traffic rules. So everyone would follow.. If traffic rules are too hard. Some people did not obey and result in accidents too. It has to be, People should not be afraid of traffic police. They should have a feeling to follow traffic rules for everyone's safety. Police should not be that hard that people try to flee and sometimes results in accidents."
@Abhitesh via Instagram
" I think this is not going to happen due to the increase in charge. A lot of vehicles get caught in checking and with little money the police let them go.
Because of this, in today's world, people consider the police hungry for money. Every day I am watching the video of police beating & having clashed with people for fines or penalty. seeing it all hurts.
They can do better than this, For example, like, now more action is being taken on people regarding helmets, which is a good thing. I want the police to punish those people & buy them new helmets with their money. so that next time people can't make some kind of excuse. Doing this will increase both the name & respect of the police in the country. It can be done very easily. "
It benefits 3 people.
1. Helmet sellers
2. The police (Respect and Name)
3. Public safety

"The traffic rules that are applied now are quite good Its actually all done for the safety of people itself So there is nothing wrong about it."
@prashant via Instagram
"No its right action for people safety, Public does not improve with small fines. Due to the Highest road accident deaths in India its the good step taken by the government. For this there should not be a strike, it hurts the public only. The government has to take strict actions against these unlawful activators.
When you drive it's your responsibility to keep all documents with you... And its good habit, Over 70% of people don't use seat belts and helmet. people used to say that there should be strict rules for traffic and today they are in trouble of adapting this."
Now if we see the survey on road accidents in our country, it is about 1.49 lakhs death in 2018. where Uttar Pradesh registered maximum death and Tamil Nadu was the lowest.
Every day we are listening the penalty of Rs 15000/-, Rs 20000/-, Rs 25000/- was imposed and the highest penalty recorded was Rs 600000/- on truck owner in Odessa. But in spite of it, we have to understand that the major cause of increasing the road accident is not following the traffic rules and guidance accordingly. And for the long term, this updated traffic rule is good for us.
Something that the government also has to do is to fix the roads according to traffic regulations so that the accident should be minimized more and to make aware the people about traffic rules, In this our traffic cops can play a major role to aware the people.
These days we are watching so many clashes between traffic cops and the people. Here we have to understand the fact that these rules and regulations are for our safety purpose & we should have to follow the traffic rules and carry the proper documents with safety gear like (Helmet, Shoes, proper dress) while driving. Our suggestion for you is, make a scanned copy of your documents and save it to your phone you can also use an app like DigiLocker or m-parivahan platform to save your essential documents and drive hassle free.
Thank you...
Point NO. 7 Not wearing shoes and proper dress Rs 1000/-
ReplyDeleteSeriously?? Is it really a clause or a troll?? Most of the time when at home i don't wear shoes and go on jumpers or shorts and for this i have to pay 1000 rs every time.. This is really funny..IF it is really a rule for common people it is a disaster!
Yes it happened, i e's the reason why we informed all. A guy charged Rs 1000 for not wearing shoes. well it came on newspaper too. we can send you paper clip if you provide us your email id. but never forget that safety is better than precautions.
