We usually be careless with our health and We take it for granted because we know that we can live upto 60 to 70 years minimum and maximum 100 years but this is the estimated life span of us ( human beings ) and what reality says minimum 50 years and maximum 65 years, that's because we are being so careless with our health that our life span has reduced ..
Ready to follow western outfit, western food and many more but we don't have sense or desire to follow their fitness.
This was just to give you glimpse of understanding the need and fact for living life healthy
Some of the facts which are required by us to be noted down or kept remember for healthy life are as follows
* 8 glass of water in a day will help our organs function well
* Drinking water in a sitting form will keep bones strong
* Avoid junk food. It's been told us from our childhood that don't eat any junk food item but still we get attracted to that for what nothing but for a taste as same as a situation where on a cigarette box it is written that consuming tobacco will cause cancer but still some consumes because of addiction to it.
* Avoid having spicy and salty food.
* Walk as much as possible don't be the victim of automobiles
* Don't use medicines for instant relief, use home remedies and if it doesn't work then go for pills.
* Stay hygiene
These were the facts which needed to be remind you because neglecting these facts will reduce our life span
