In the world 50% of people doesn't follow the right way of being hygienic and 40% people doesn't follow even after being well educated about it and rest 10% people only follow sincerely. Taking bath or shower once in a day is effective enough. It is required to remove dirt's and kill germs which is known to us from our childhood but most important bathing removes dead skin cells. Bathing could be spiked by using a hand towel to rinse your face, hands, underarms and genitals at the end of the day. This is suggested only for those who don't get time or facility to shower them self.

- Limit shower to 5 to 10 minutes.

- Apply moisturizer to your skin after each shower or bath.
- Shampoo your hair at regular intervals that work for you.

We have a habit of keeping long nails which is not an issue but to maintain them hygiene is slight neglected and this could be an serious issue.
