Health is wealth a very known phrase, isn't it?
Health is wealth it's been known to us from our childhood but the problem lies with not obeying it. Health is the only reason for our livelihood. It is as important as wealth and to be noted down, wealth couldn't be achieved without health but health could be adopted without wealth.
Here are some precautions for our healthy life, which will help in functioning our body effectively.
1. Water:-
The high need for our bodies is water. We know that 70% of our body contains water so a reduction of water may lead to diseases. Therefore the consumption of water is high in demand.
2. Sunlight:-
Regular sun exposure helps in obtaining enough of vitamin D. Sitting under the sunlight for some time helps in maintaining blood levels too and it keeps you fresh for a whole day.
3. Air:-
I know we all inhale oxygen from the air for 24 hours and those who not then they are not recommended to read my article. Just kidding. Oxygen is the main resource for the functioning of our body without this we cannot live. As we all know about this but here, Air I meant for a fresh air which we can receive early in the morning only. Fresh air is needed for healthy lungs. By walking early in the morning will help us in collecting fresh air.
These were the natural treatment which God has created for us as protection but what are we doing? , we are being careless towards these things and frankly speaking I have just picked the topic which is been thought to us in the school but I am pretty sure many of the people have not implemented these in real actually.
There is still more to continue about these precautions and I'll be continuing this in my next article till then stay happy and stay healthy and about wealthy that is up to.
